That is why, from April 13-17, 2020, researchers working in seemingly unrelated fields will gather in Phoenix, Arizona, to promote, share and discuss issues and developments across disciplines. The 2020 MRS Spring Meeting & Exhibit is the key forum to present research to an interdisciplinary and international audience.

Spring Du is the General Manager of KFPI operations in Asia, based in the Songjing District of Shanghai, China. She heads all KFPI sales, service, and logistical responsibilities in Asia. The primary function of the KFPI office in China is to support our front line operations with seasoned semiconductor technicians throughout China and the rest of Asia. Spring Du oversees the complex logistics of managing KFPI’s global fire safety solution installations in Asia, and the infrastructure required to maintain this operation.
The 42nd Annual International High Technology ESH Symposium & Exposition of the Semiconductor Environmental, Safety & Health Association (SESHA) is an educational and research forum. The meeting includes symposia, posters, special programs and workshops, as well as contributed papers in topical sessions. The 2020 Meeting will run from April 13–17 at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort in the heart of beautiful Scottsdale, Arizona.

Lockout valves and disable switches are both mechanisms which allow for deactivation of automatic discharge of a fire suppression system when it is in the maintenance mode. This brief comparison is intended to provide a basic examination of these devices, and illustrate the reasons for selecting either of these devices as part of a semiconductor tool fire suppression system, and outline the proper method for implementing these devices in a fire suppression system design that complies with applicable fire codes and semiconductor industry guidelines.
