The high-tech sector faces a severe talent shortage due to retirement of older professionals. As senior EHS professionals retire, the loss of their knowledge will jeopardize the industry’s ability to address chemical, physical, electrical, and biological risks, threatening the very foundation of the industry and posing serious business continuity concerns. To address this issue, SESHA and the sustainable business advisory group, Vichara Partners, are launching a new EHS Workforce Development Initiative to cultivate the next generation of EHS professionals for the high-tech sector.
